Hello,
is there a way to read my own password with dxl? With the following code I get an encoded string:
User u = find()
string sPassword = u.password
print sPassword
Thanks!

Yes you read something, the password but encrypted.
It is impossible read it not encrypted.

Not anymore.
In DOORS v4 days the 'password' attribute of the invisible 'users' module was not readable. However, History was turned on for that attribute and you could view history changes, and thus see a users changed password. DOORS v5 did away with that hidden module.
